FIM (Beijing FIM Network Technology Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2013. We are a National High-Tech Enterprise that brings creative design and technology together.

We design and build websites, mini programs and apps for brands and businesses, develop custom business systems, and deliver end-to-end digital solutions for large-scale events, helping clients strengthen their brands and run their operations more efficiently.

We start from each client's business and their users' needs, and tailor design and engineering to each brand and scenario. Our design and engineering teams deliver together across the full cycle of strategy, design, development, deployment and operations, and continue to provide technical maintenance and iteration after launch.

We develop our own products: One, an open-source AI agent platform, and Zico, an AI-powered contract lifecycle management system. One supports on-premises deployment and connects to a company's ERP, OA, databases and office platforms under permission and audit controls, so large language models can work with business systems securely. Zico is built on One and covers the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and approval to signing, performance and archiving; it is already running in production at client companies. With our own products and technology foundation, we can build custom solutions on proven modules.

What we do

From digital experiences for brands to business systems and AI products for enterprises.

Digital experience

We design and build websites, mini programs, apps and H5 for brands and institutions. We start from the brand and its content to plan the information architecture, then design the visuals, interaction and motion, and finally build the front end and content back end. Chinese, English and overseas sites are each planned around how people in that region browse, and after launch your team can update content on its own.

Custom systems

We build systems around your own business processes. They connect to the ERP, finance, e-signature and office platforms you already use, such as Feishu (Lark), DingTalk and WeCom. On-premises and local deployment are supported, and adaptation to Chinese domestic databases and national cryptographic standards can be assessed per project.

Large-scale events

Film festivals, sports events, forums and brand events involve many roles and complex on-site operations. We connect registration, review, judging, ticketing, guest services, accreditation and on-site verification through a website, a mini program and a single back end. Data flows through one system, which can be reused and improved from one edition to the next.

AI Integration

We build websites and business systems that AI can connect to: structured data, documented APIs, auditable permissions and on-premises deployment. Needs that kept coming up in projects became our own products: the One AI agent platform and the Zico contract management system.
